The primary responsibility for a KLA Field Support Engineer perform repair & maintenance activity inside a semiconductor plant on Bright Field, Dark Field, Macro/Micro inspection, Thin Film, Resistivity & Surface measurement, and Optical Metrology equipment. Service activities include modifying, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment
