Position Purpose:

Under general direction, responsible for overall design, project management, communication, and reporting/analytics of all sales incentive compensation programs. Ensures compensation programs, processes and reporting support the organization's objectives and meet all legal and compliance requirements. Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and administration teams to achieve strategic sales objectives in a large, diverse, and fast-moving business.

Key Job Activities:

* Leads project planning and delivery of plan designs, draft sales compensation plan documents, performs modeling, forecasts results and monitors plans to ensure they drive desired behavior within the sales organization. Presents sales compensation recommendations and obtains approvals from key stakeholders in Sales and Sales Operations.
* Manages process improvements and data / reporting / analysis function for the sales compensation organization. Refines and conducts reporting and analysis that measure plan effectiveness and sales representative performance, ensuring plans achieve compensation targets.
* Build and implement sales analytics and business intelligence which will enable the global sales organization to successfully execute on selling strategies and achieve sales goals.
* Define, refine and automate our systems / processes / templates that will allow us to understand layers of business, opportunities, sales role performance correlated with market dynamics.
* Develop sales leadership dashboards, PPT presentations, etc., to communicate results in a succinct, easy-to-understand manner, to all levels of the organization.
* Synthesize complex data into easily understood and compelling management reports and performance dashboards.
* Presenting analysis and reporting to executive level audience.
* Performs other related duties or participates in special projects, as requested.

Experience :

* Bachelors required/Masters preferred or equivalent
* 5-7 Years of Experience, preferably in sales compensation and/or finance
* Strong business acumen with comprehensive knowledge of project management and process improvement (i.e., Six Sigma, DBS)
* Experience with BI reporting tools a plus
* Advanced MS Office software skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
* SPM/Commission automation transformation experience with Salesforce.com administrator skills preferred
