Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a related field such as business administration, education, workforce development, or a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience with agency contracts and Workforce development.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a revenue-driven position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.

- Financial Management: Skill in tracking, analyzing, and reporting contract revenue and fulfillment requirements to ensure financial objectives are met within assigned market areas.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information, negotiate contracts, communicate with stakeholders, and assist with internal launch processes.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and finalize contracts with workforce agencies and other organizations to establish training partnerships and generate revenue.

Abilities

- Contract Development and Negotiation: Ability to develop, negotiate, and finalize contracts with workforce agencies and other organizations to establish training partnerships and generate revenue.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, needs, and demands to identify and develop training programs that align with market requirements and address workforce gaps.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with campus liaisons, industry partners, and workforce agencies to support enrollment and revenue goals.

Physical Demands
