Major/Essential Functions

  • Oversee daily functions of National Student Clearinghouse: a) Enrollment Reporting to NSC b) Research and resolve NSC enrollment reporting discrepancies, error resolution reports, and NSLDS error reports c) Training with NSC technical staff d) Degree and Enrollment Verifications through NSC. Direct frequent correspondence with enrollment reporting representatives, the NSC, and Financial Aid to improve reporting processes and resolve enrollment/degree reporting errors.

  • Registrar projects involving documentation of dashboard requests and security.

  • Registrar reporting projects.

  • Banner processing for large populations.

  • Collaborate with other Office of the Registrar and Division of Enrollment Management areas and be prepared to volunteer or provide assistance as needed. Demonstrate strong teamwork and positive attitude in helping meet overall Office, Division, and Institutional goals.

  • Miscellaneous duties including special projects, as well as representing Registrar's Office and university on various campus organizations, committees, and national conferences. Serve as member of Registrar Management Team, assisting in facilitation of departmental communication and policies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required plus four years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of processing systems and related academic policies. Demonstrated proficiency in use of Banner Student System.

Pay Statement

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan by visiting www.depts.ttu.edu/hr/payplan.
