EnSafe has adeptly and concurrently executed hundreds of cleanups at military installations, Superfund sites, Airports, and other Commercial, Federal, and State sites.

What We Are Looking For:

A Project Manager who is driven to lead, mentor, and train junior staff. A manager who desires to work on a wide range of projects, in an environment that fosters creativity, and collaboration at all levels within a culture of support and professional growth. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with a project team to support a variety of environmental assessment and remediation projects.
  • Overall Project management and assisting in establishing project-specific objectives.
  • Preparing project work plans, proposals, and technical reports
  • Interacting with clients and subcontractors
  • Overseeing site investigation activities (sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, indoor air, soil gas, stormwater, and drinking water)
  • Developing technical recommendations for site assessment and remediation activities
  • Mentoring/managing junior staff.
  • Work with senior EnSafe environmental compliance managers to provide support to clients across service lines.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing EnSafe clients through excellent quality of work, responsiveness, and service.

What You Will Need:

  • Requires a BS (MS is a plus) in geology, engineering, biology, environmental science, or equivalent sciences.
  • Registered TX Engineer, (P.E.) or Geologist (P.G.). preferred
  • State and/or Federal contract experience is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Texas Risk Reduction Program
  • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Programs including Word and Excel
  • Staff management and supervisory experience and interest in mentoring and coaching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel regionally (10-20%) with overnights.
  • HAZWOPER training and certification.
  • Ability to maintain a background clearance.
