Job Objective: Perform daily gas scheduling functions for multiple pipeline and plant assets in Harvest Four Corners area. This role is crucial for the management of volumes on the assets including nominations, confirmations, and scheduling for all five gas cycles each day. This role will monitor and manage system gas flows and monthly imbalances while communicating with Shippers and downstream FERC Pipelines.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily natural gas nominations, confirmations, and scheduling with multiple Shippers and various downstream pipelines
Monitor downstream pipelines for maintenance activity postings and capacity constraints, communicate internally and guide Shippers accordingly to assure gas flow through the plants
Work closely with Shippers, Gas Control, Operations, Accounting, and Commercial groups as needed to facilitate functional support and flow of gas through Harvest facilities into downstream pipelines
Develop strong relationships with Shippers, downstream pipelines, and Gas Control and plant operators
Manage Shipper imbalances and downstream pipeline OBA (Operational Balancing Agreements) by guiding Shipper adjustments daily as needed to hit month end volume targets
Provide Accounting with pipeline support and scheduling generated spreadsheets by EOM close deadlines for invoicing
Assist Shippers, Gas Control and Operations thru plant and pipeline upsets and periods of maintenance
Provide analytical support as requested to further optimize our gathering and plant assets
Ensure that all scheduled volumes are within measurement and operational capacities of the system
Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings
Ability to work an on-call rotation of evenings, weekends, and holidays (4-person rotation)

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4+ years directly related experience in either natural gas scheduling or other natural gas business activities
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, high pressure work environment which requires the ability to balance multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Familiarity with midstream gathering and processing of natural gas
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required
Must possess strong planning and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with the EBBs of major interstate and intrastate gas pipelines as it relates to scheduling and confirming natural gas
Willingness and availability to respond to system events that require after-hours calls, nominations, and scheduling changes of gas on the system under tight deadlines
Proficient Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite, Quorum Tips, Quorum Flowcal, SCADA, Interstate pipeline EBB's
Regular and reliable attendance
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field or experience in lieu of degree
