Shift Options:
- 6 AM - 6 PM, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & alternating Wednesdays
- 6 AM - 6 PM, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & alternating Wednesdays
Responsibilities:
- Assemble BIPV products using a blend of automated technology and manual skills.
- Conduct various assembly operations, with soldering experience preferred.
- Self-inspect products to ensure quality standards.
- Perform simple electrical testing as required.
- Input manufacturing data into MES.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe production environment.
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team.
- Adhere to company policies and safety requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred manufacturing experience.
- Beneficial experience with hand soldering and torque-driven tools.
- Basic PC skills and English proficiency required.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a team setting.
- Physical capability to perform tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work varying hours.
