Job Overview

As an Account Executive, you will contribute to the growth and success of Mitratech by identifying, qualifying and closing net new opportunities withinyour assigned territory, focused on the Trakstar platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing full-cycle sales process, from prospecting, qualifying, and developing pipeline to closing net new salesopportunitieswithin a defined territory
  • Maintaining daily KPI activity and attending weekly 1:1's with leadership
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Utilizing sales enablement tools including Salesforce.com, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Develop new logo account penetration strategies and close business
  • Ensuring seamless transition from sale closing to implementation for customer onboarding
  • Learning industry trends, product capabilities and competitive information
  • Proactively developing sales skills and learning new tactics to improve results
  • Actively participating in meetings to understand how team members have implemented best practices and successful sales strategies
  • Traveling for relevant conferences, tradeshows, or team meetings and other events as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

  • Degree, sales certification or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • 1-3 years sales experience with proven track record of consistent quota attainment, preferably in SaaS or HCM industry
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at the C-Level
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high transaction volume environment
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com and other enablement tools
