Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources.
  • 5 years of experience in health, welfare, and retirement benefits analysis.
  • Experience with an HRIS system.

Pay | $80,000 to $90,000/annually

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Benefits Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, implement, and maintain Toshiba's benefits programs.
  • Administer and communicate employee benefit plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to assist in resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee the leave of absence program and coordinate with HRIS for system updates and automation.
  • Reconcile payroll reports for HSA and 401(k) funding, addressing discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless benefits administration.
  • Analyze data, assess market trends, and prepare presentations summarizing results.
