Overview

Helps the Functional Department be successful by providing administrative support to leaders and staff, and assists UTI in maintaining our accreditation by maintaining files and compiling needed documents and information.

Responsibilities
    Helps the Functional Department be successful by providing administrative support, compiling surveys; planning and coordinating meetings and events; entering data into proprietary systems or databases; generating reports.
  • Provides administrative support to Department by doing one or more of the following: distributing mail, reports, and other communications; controlling supplies.
  • Assists UTI with maintaining our accreditation by maintaining official documents and records and compiling required data and reports for the Home Office for ACCSC.
  • Coordinate and/or manage department projects as assigned.
  • Manage schedule/calendar of meetings and events for Leader/staff; assure all information is complete, accurate, and available for all matters.
  • Attend administrative/department meetings and record all appropriate information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0 - 3 years administrative experience

  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office products)
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Organization Skills
  • Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management Skills; can adapt to a changing fast-paced environment

Abilities

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds or less 5% of the workday
  • Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday
  • Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn and reason for all of the workday
  • Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods throughout the workday.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
