As the Regional Sales Key Account Manager you will develop and execute sales strategies, cultivate relationships with important clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborate with our teams to ensure understanding of customer needs and market trends. We ask that you have proactive prospecting, negotiation skills, and the ability to provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to senior management. Watts is targeting a remote employee, who is open to travel with the Western region, who will report to the General Manager of Water Quality.

You Will:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with important accounts within the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with our teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure agreement on customer needs and market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with main accounts to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and account activities to senior management.
  • Manage customer relationships, engaging them in value-added activities.
You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years in key account management with emphasis on account growth.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaker

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
