Job Description
We are hiring for a Team Leader who is ready to create an inspiring team with an open communication culture, ready to delegate tasks and provide coaching to associates.
Are You Looking to
- Provide leadership to employees by maintaining high quality standards.
- Establish and maintain high performance teamwork and positive working relationships within assigned teams and with all applicable company departments, and other internal and external customers.
- Support strategic direction and specific projects as directed by Supervisor.
- Provide on-going training to employees in a designated work cell and assigns proper training to new team members.
Are You Ready to
- Satisfactorily complete and implement all required on-the-job trainings.
- Act as back-up for the Supervisor/Manager when that individual is unavailable
- Troubleshoot and solve issues with assistance.
- Adjust workloads to meet deadlines under direction of Supervisor
Job Requirements:
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three years' experience.
- Must be bilingual - English and Spanish
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately orally, in writing or electronically
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
