Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

Enovis Surgical seeks a dedicated Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the Enabling Technology Customer Service Representative for the surgical division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and technical support for Enovis Technology Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries related to Enovis Technology Products.

  • Receive and resolve order escalations or status requests by collaborating with internal teams promptly and effectively.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and IT Support to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Collaborate and with internal teams, including sales and product development, to communicate customer feedback and enhance product offerings. Escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues for analysis and improvement, including product complaints.

  • Owner/System Admin of Customer Service Systems, e.g., ImplantBase

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting: Extended periods at a desk or workstation to handle inquiries and process orders.

  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and TEAMS interactions.

  • Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle paperwork, process returns, and operate computer systems.

  • Vision: Clear vision for reading product information, order details, and communicating effectively.

  • Lifting: Occasional lifting of boxes or material related to product handling.

  • Mobility: Limited mobility may be required for tasks.

Please note that these requirements may vary based on specific tasks and responsibilities within the role.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of related experience in customer service and/or medical device manufacturing

  • Proven experience in technical customer service or a related role.

  • High School diploma required.

  • Strong understanding of total joint orthopedics and surgical procedures.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.

  • Computer skills (e.g., ERP systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10%
