Job Description
Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to actively collaborate with and support our Field Team in providing exceptional support to both our team members and customers alike. Key duties include assisting Acer resellers in product selection and managing smaller opportunities, proficiently navigating Acer's SPP System, and ensuring our largest clients receive thorough follow-up support post-large purchases. This includes coordinating premier support setup and ensuring adherence to post-sales commitments such as spare parts pools.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a pre and post-sale point of contact for clients/customers for a specific geographical territory.
  • Demonstrates product features beyond and specifications to help the customer achieve specific business results and maximum value from the product(s)/services.
  • Recommends specific solutions to achieve customer’s desired result.
  • Holds responsibility for identifying opportunities and closing additional revenue from a specific territory while also working with the field territory managers, including upselling and cross-selling of related products/services; accountable for client renewal and retention results.
  • May handle escalations and coordinate across functional areas of the company, including Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, Finance, Training, and/or Support.
  • Support 4-5 Field Sales Managers by helping answer customer questions, concerns, etc.
  • Follow up with our largest 50 customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Help smaller partners identify which products fit their customers' needs the best.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A Degree is preferred but not required.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge and current experience using Microsoft Office (Msft Suite), O365.
  • Previous experience in technology manufacturer or retailer is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and good at multi-tasking.
  • Great communication and follow-up skills.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee is frequently required to use hands for keyboarding and phone operation. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, and reach with arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. 

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in ambient room temperatures with lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
