Major/Essential Functions
Serve as the Student Business Services trainer for both internal and external constituents. Establish, evaluate, and update SBS process documents and training manuals for the department. Serve as the primary SBS representative for Red Raider Orientation and other student recruitment and retention events, make requisite presentations, and answer questions as appropriate at the various sessions. Serve as the primary custodian of the Student Business services website and social media platforms, making updates, changes, and edits as necessary.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus three (3) years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with creating content for websites & social media accounts. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong problem solving skills and ability to "think outside the box". Intermediate knowledge of computers including the Microsoft Office Suite. History or working with customer accounts or banking industry experience.

Occasional Duties
Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.Resolve customer's service or billing complains by performing activities such as investigating and seeking out appropriate resolutions. Serve as a resource officer for the SBS Call Center and assist with calls in peak.

Pay Statement
