Job Description

Job Summary

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for driving projects schedules and leading projects across company and customer representatives based on company priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Project Plans per defined project methodology
  • Ensure successful execution of the defined project scope
  • Effectively utilize company resources to meet project scope
  • Be solution oriented with the ability to identify and successfully manage project risks
  • Communicate overall project status based on defined project methodology
  • Contribute to overall project process improvement
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Performs other duties or special projects as requested

Minimum Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience working in hospital/hospital type environments
  • Must have independent work skills, a strong work ethic, strong leadership skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations
  • Possess excellent diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of hospital administration and Masimo cross functional teams
  • Ability to travel as necessary
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project

Education

Bachelor's degree is required.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
