Basic Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.

Clearance Requirements:

Ability to obtain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Senior Integration Lab Lead for Space, Cyber and Intelligence Systems, you will lead a cross functional team of five engineers responsible for the analysis and management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade studies, systems integration and test (verification) in the development and evaluation of networks and information systems.

We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Proven Leader, System Engineering, Cybersecurity, RedHat Linux, system/server builds, advanced troubleshooting, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and dhetail orientated.

What sets you apart:

• Vast experience with leading highly technical teams and delivering on commitments
• Understanding of SAFe methodologies and experience using it with one or more SAFe certifications preferred
• Previous System Engineer with Lab level experience using engineering concepts and practices
• Expert technical knowledge of RHEL operating systems commands and utilities
• Experience with Red Hat Ansible and developing playbooks to automate the provisioning and configuration of systems
• General knowledge in IT government security accreditations and certification i.e., Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other approved government IT security standards, policies, and directives

Target salary range: USD $148,953.60/Yr. - USD $165,245.40/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
