The Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer, will focus on building industry standard Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and deploying respective technologies that support business enablement, while aligning to our IAM mission to ensure the RIGHT access for the RIGHT resource at the RIGHT time for the RIGHT reason. Ensures that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss. Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Ensure the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems and solutions. Create and manage master trackers for monitoring progress, reporting of key metrics. Provide IAM product/solution training to business stakeholders and team members. Actively contributes to the results of a team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives. Work on problems of moderate-complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Follow department processes and procedures and may make recommendations to these processes. Actively contribute to the results of the IAM team and works towards achieving team goals and objectives. Collaborate between geographically disperse teams (including offshore teams) and manage assigned deliverables. Required to deal with confidential information in a discrete manner. Work under general supervision of IAM Manager.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $94,993.60 to $128,232.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
