Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years sales experience in equipment rental industry with proven success

Exceptional relationship- building and communication skills

Strong planning, problem- solving and negotiating skills

Sound knowledge of industrial and/or construction equipment

Valid driver license with clean record

Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites in a defined geographical territory

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and their subsidiary companies

Prospect and qualify new accounts

Collaborate with specialty division representatives to promote cross selling

Prepare sales action plans and strategies

Develop and make presentations of company products and services

Monitor competitors, market conditions an product development

Other duties assigned as needed
