How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Plant Architect shall be responsible for development of plot plan/equipment layout in the development phase and project execution. In addition, having knowledge of modules, shall work on development of module concept in proposal phase and contribute to detail module scheme during execution phase.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Preparation of optimized plot plan, equipment layout during proposal phase and review of 3d model during project execution.
* Traveling to the site for survey and measurement
* Defining, at the beginning of the project development phase, whether the project shall be modularized or not.
* Develop and check the feasibility of layout and 3D model for projects on a case-by-case basis and new products.
* Coordinate interfaces between main process plant and BOP engineering for overall 3D development.
* Lead the development of the Module Concept in the proposal phase.
* Lead the detail Module scheme during the project execution phase. e.g. design, technical review, manufacturing technical support, as needed.
* Contribute to Modules Engineering improvement and capitalization.
* Contribute to existing E&C techno related product Modules improvement.
* Support for Audit of 3rd party Engineering and manufacturing.
* Involvement in company standard (creation & update).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor degree , majored in Mechanical piping or relevant.
* Minimum 15-20 years of experience in related fields.
* Experience with various National and International codes - ASME codes
* Strong experience with process and piping systems.
* Strong Experience in Value engineering/Optimization of layouts
* Experience on projects with module design.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Cost Awareness and Consciousness
* Good organizational skills.
* Eager to work in a multicultural team. Ability to work effectively with different
disciplines in Engineering, Procurement and construction.
* Self motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
* Strong knowledge to read and interpret engineering drawings (2D and 3D).
* Capability to coordinate with the engineering team (Process, Civil, Structure & piping designer).
* Ability to work with different technologies at various stages of project from proposal, product development to project execution.
