How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Articulate the business performance to the US Cluster Leadership team to facilitate decision making and provide recommendations to drive results.Rollout medium and long term company objectives into clear KPIs and action plans
Manage the yearly strategic planning update for H2E, ensuring alignment of resources and investments to reach the company's long term objectives
Prepare financial reports (Monthly Close, Rolling Forecasts, Reforecasts, Variance, Target, etc)
Articulate the business performance to the US Cluster Leadership team to facilitate decision making and provide recommendations to drive results
Support ad hoc requests and analysis
Support the business to drive results
Work with team members from various groups including Operations, Business development, Sales, Accounting, HR, Procurement, Internal Control, Internal and External Audit, etc
Member of the H2E Leadership team
Ability to communicate with all levels of Management / Organization

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA a plus
5+ years of large company financial / operational planning and analytical experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong active listening skills and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and to organize work to meet fixed deadlines
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Familiar or ability to quickly learn financial and business reporting systems: IRIS, PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle, etc
