Here's what you'll do:
- As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and execution of quotes and orders for a specific customer base and territory.
- They will also manage Salesforce Opportunities, track orders, and communicate with customers on order updates and deliveries.
- Among other things, you will be responsible for selling OEM parts, repairs of parts, and any other part-related initiative for a defined territory on behalf of the AGT organization.
- Communicate with regional entities on Salesforce opportunity creation and management.
- Develop client relationships at all levels, display excellent listening skills, and maintain a positive attitude in adversity.
- Define and obtain a clear understanding of the client's needs.
- Create quotes.
- Interact with buyers, MRPCs, Pricer, engineering, and other colleagues within the organization to
- We are generating various reports to support the needs of the organization.
- Communicate with clients on order status updates, deliveries, and payments.
- Remain current with the industry/market and the technology/ client that affects clients' industries.

- Pay $31.70/Hr
- Hours: 8/40 Hrs/Wk (1st Shift). 6 am - 2:30 pm

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Excel reporting and analysis (VLOOKUP, Macros, Pivot Tables)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP Atlas.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Customer Service / Sales experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial sales in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a matrixed organization.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in demanding business.
- Aftermarket sales experience
- Familiarity with power generation equipment (Turbines)
- Minimum of 2 years reading speaking and writing in English and Spanish.
