The Opportunity

  • Reporting to Adobe's Group Manager for Comms Measurement, the Social Analytics and Insights Manager will support the organization's social measurement framework, drive campaign and program development through social insights, and lead in gathering and consolidating social and web data to build compelling performance reports.
  • We are looking for a skilled social media analyst to join our team to deliver data and insights to improve social strategy and performance

What you'll Do

  • Curate data natively from social media platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok) and perform analysis on all social platform metrics.
  • Synthesize social media and web data into meaningful insights and clearly communicate complex findings.
  • Use social listening data to conduct research on topics such as brand affinity, audiences and trends.
  • Work closely with social media strategists, account managers, and other analysts, and communicate in a clear and relevant way with multiple partners about data and analytics.

What you need to succeed

  • Expert level proficiency in social analytics and listening tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Sprout, etc.
  • Experience using multiple Social Channel Analytic Tools (e.g. Hootsuite, SocialBakers, Khoros, Sprout, Sprinklr, etc.)
  • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience in analyzing datasets in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Perform advanced statistical analyses
  • 5+ years practical experience in a social media analytics and measurement role

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $87,500 -- $172,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
