JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a successful Senior Implementation Specialist to be a part of our professional services organization and will report directly to the regional Professional Services Leader. This new member will provide onsite and remote solution implementation with our customers throughout the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will bring a confident point of view, excellent time management, innovative ideas, hard work ethic, and deliver quality customer service to our clients.

How you will make an impact:
  • Work with clients to develop an understanding of their data and information management environment from a fresh, pragmatic perspective.
  • Leverage validated, consultative methods to implement and/or remediate solutions relating to cyber resiliency, modern data protection, multi-cloud capability, archive & compliance, and operations optimization.
  • Evaluating additional client opportunities during projects to expand our level of engagement.
  • Validate all Commvault completed tasks to ensure valid final configuration with client personnel.
  • Ensure customer happiness throughout client engagements.
  • Assist team members with ongoing engagement
What you need to be ready:
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Expertise with identifying client requirements, objectives, and issues to craft recommendations/solutions
  • Strong documentation skills to compose and support recommendations/solutions
  • Ability to maintain a trusted advisor role in client relationships
  • Proficiency working in a multifaceted environment managing multiple client projects
  • Must be a self-starter able to work independently and prioritize accordingly
  • Experience in the cyber recovery and readiness industry
  • Implementation experience within backup/recovery and data management industry
  • Public Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with leading database vendor technologies, administration, and protection methodologies (Oracle, DB2, SAP, SQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Networking fundamentals (topologies, firewalls, etc.)
  • Proficiency with various server platforms (Windows, Linux, etc.), Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack), and containers (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker)
  • Proficiency with backup and recovery requirements of on-premises applications such as Exchange, SharePoint, MSSQL, and cloud platforms such as O365, Salesforce, and OneDrive/Google Drive

$129,100.00 - $193,500.00
