Are you a multitasker, capable of remote operation of hydro-electric generators while retaining control of the level of the six Highland Lakes? You will be tasked with communicating and coordinating work activities with LCRA's Generation Desk and the River Operations Center (ROC) to meet generation demand load requirements. You will coordinate and document flood operations with the ROC and plant staff. We monitor and operate the Hydro Security System. This position applies in-depth knowledge of standard methodologies and experience in own field to provide and improve services. Takes a new perspective to tackle sophisticated problems. Works independently and receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
