As a Sr. Technician Packaging, you will be trusted to operate packaging line of sterile products to the completion of the product and to provide the best productivity while showing efficiency and flexibility at our Fort Worth North Manufacturing Team in Fort Worth, TX. (US).
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Perform review of MBRs using available checklist
- Review all supporting documentation
- Perform or assist with line clearance
- Operate and troubleshoot all machinery
- Assist with check-in of components and completion of supporting documentation
- Operate and lead at least 3 lines both labeling and packaging, from the exit of the fill suite to the completion of the packaging
- Ensure accurate escalation of issues to maintenance, Group Leads, and Supervisors
- Act as a point of contact for support groups
- Drive productivity and efficiency on the packaging floor
- In the absence of a Group Lead, perform the Group Lead’s tasks
- Assist the Group Lead with all production matters
- Utilize SAP for various production needs
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Work hours: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm, (some weekend work required)
- Travel Requirements: 0 to 10%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of SAP experience
- Experience in training others in processes and procedures
