Essential Functions

1. Printing and checking in RFQ packages
2. Reviewing various scopes of work
3. Working to complete material takeoffs
4. Gathering information needed for work being sub-contracted. Sending out, receiving, and comparing sub-contractor quotes
5. Material pricing - sending materials out to vendors, receiving material prices, and comparing to determine most competitive pricing to use in the estimate.
6. Participating in bid reviews
7. Putting together proposal letters and deliverables
8. Organizing bid folder after proposal has been sent to customer
9. And other assigned duties

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel for job sites is required.
