The Texas Veteran Commission (TVC), U.S. Department of Labor (DOL OASAM) and The Dallas Federal Executive Board (DWF FEB) invite you to attend a Veteran Hiring Event scheduled for April 16, 2020 from 9:00am to 12:00pm at Tarrant County College - 5301 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76119.
If you are looking to add highly qualified veterans or military spouses to your business or to your Federal workforce, this will be a great opportunity! .
There is no charge to attend.
This event is open to employers with open and active job postings and we would like to market the positions to the veterans and spouses prior to the event. For private sector employers, the plan is the Veteran, Veteran’s spouse, or Veteran’s dependent applies before the event and then at the Hiring Event gives you a 30 second pitch on how they are a good match and qualified for the position then a copy of their targeted resume where you can remember them or make notes. As the employer you will have a better idea of who you desire to pursue as a new employee.
This event includes employers from across the DFW area.
If you confirm and something changes where you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can notify the next employer on the Stand-by list.
