Residential Inside Sales Retention - Call Center!

 Important information about this opportunity:
  • Class Starts July 23rd    
  • Positions are Full-time, 40 hours a week
  • This is NOT a remote (WFH) position
  • Eligible for Corporate Benefits, and 401K

  • Training: 12 weeks paid training
  • Standard pay rate: $18.00 + Commission with opportunity to earn extra.

Very Important: In order to be considered for the Residential Inside Sales position you must complete both Application and Virtual Job Trial.

Assessment Note: The Virtual Job Trial can be completed on your mobile device, laptop or desktop it will take about 25-35 minutes from start to finish. The virtual job trial is a pass/fail, so please ensure you are taking it in a distraction free environment. Requirements:
  • Responsible, Dependable, Mature and Reliable.
  • Must be available to work in the office – Flexible with time.
  • Shift requirements: Able to work late afternoon/evenings/weekends and holidays.
  • High school Diploma or GED.
The minimum requirements for Retention Call Center Sales Representatives are:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently in order to communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear, straightforward and professional manner
  • Ability to empathize with the customer
  • Problem solver with effective persuasion skills
  • Ability to effectively trouble-shoot technical problems
  • Ability to work independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, professional manner
  • Strong working knowledge of cable communications products and services to include video (TV), data (internet) and voice (telephone)
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to demonstrate a record of success in your sales career to date
  • Knowledge of Business Telecom complexities
Related Work Experience – 2 years:
  • Customer Service / Telephone sales experience
  • CSG billing software experience preferred 
  • Strong sales level knowledge of complex services (Hosted Voice, Cloud Services) is preferred
