QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in revenue management or related analytical roles, preferably within an organization that boasts a diverse portfolio of revenue streams.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a track record of leveraging data to inform decision making and strategy development.
- Experience in setting up and managing data collection, processing, and reporting systems, as well as proficiency in utilizing dashboards for progress tracking and forecasting.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of and experience with financial modeling and analysis, as well as a deep understanding of revenue optimization principles.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Some travel may be expected for this role.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, required. Master’s degree or relevant certifications, a plus.
- No fewer than 5 years’ experience in a Revenue Operations role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient in data analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- A proactive and self motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
