WHAT YOU'LL DO
BCG's Digital Products organization is a cross-functional internal organization with strong leadership alignment designed to enable the realization of the benefits of our digital transformation. The organization is set to transform our products, experiences, processes, technology, and ways of working to deliver our clients unrivalled experience of exceptional service, value and flexibility. We are looking for a person to provide the passion and the drive to coach and enable teams and groups to deliver high quality business and customer centric outcomes within our Digital Products organization.

The Agile "Center of Expertise" is a both a center of expertise for Agile methodology and a central entity for the organizational change and operating capabilities. It acts across BCG's Digital Products organization to ensure the organization and leadership can sustain the transformation and successfully deliver value through Agile. The Agile CoE is a cross-functional team with members embedded in the organization and working centrally across the organization, accountable for collectively driving the Agile strategy for the organization, owning and evolving Agile methodology, driving communication and awareness, and enabling leadership and the organization to successfully deliver value.

The Agile Talent Engagement Accelerator is a value focused leader within the Agile CoE that brings deep expertise in leading through transformation, improving the Employee Value Proposition, driving talent strategy, and closing skill gaps in an organization. You will work with a team of highly specialized experts both in the Agile CoE & deployed to Tribes, leading all talent related activities to set and improve talent growth and career development mechanisms for a 1,000+ employee organization. You will partner with HR, Agile Coaches, functional business partners and tribe leadership to develop and activate upskilling and training plans to develop best-in-class experts, improve our career framework, and improve the Agile talent operating model. You will drive change across the organization and work as a member of the Agile acceleration squad operating in Agile ways working and collaborating closely with the Agile CoE Lead to define and continuously improve the Agile Talent agenda and the Employee Value Proposition for the Digital Products Organization.

In this role, you will lead the Agile CoE's strategic agenda in setting the talent growth strategy, and:
  • Continuously improve the Employee Value Proposition for the Digital Products Organization in line with BCG's EVP, our values and ethos
    • Partnering with HR, L&D and other organizational stakeholders to create a higher Employee Value Proposition with improved training and development opportunities for the Agile community and the Digital Products organization, and drive its continuous improvement
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of an Agile curriculum for the upskilling and talent development of the Digital Products Organization
    • Partnering with Agile Coaches, HR and L&D to identify gaps, develop plans and enable role and technology-based learning journeys, as well as leadership & stakeholder behavioral and Agile emersion trainings
  • Drive and continuously improve Agile career framework and performance assessment in the organization
    • Partnering with Agile CoE Lead, HR, and other Agile leaders to continuously improve career framework, identify areas for improvement and support targeted plans and interventions
    • Partnering with HR and Change Management and Communications CoE to ensure the adequate and timely communication of career pathways and opportunities for development within the organization
    • Partnering with HR to enable and continuously improve performance development PDG process for the Digital Products Organization ("Perform, Develop, Grow")
  • Support realization of benefits from new organizational model and enable staffing of the organization
    • Collaborating with recruiting and HR to drive delivery of recruiting commitments aligned to Agile design guardrails
    • Supporting the CoE Lead, Master Coach, HR & Recruiting to lead the staffing of interim support of critical Agile roles across the organization
  • Continuously improve the operating model of the Agile CoE
    • Being an agent of change across the Digital Products organization
    • Executing day-to-day people operations for the Agile Acceleration squad, and supporting Agile sprint ceremonies as appropriate - Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint reviews, Sprint Retrospectives and backlog refinement
    • Working with group functions, shared services, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of value for the Agile CoE's enablement, removing impediments as needed
  • Partner with CoE Lead and Agile Coaches to streamline adoption and embed new ways of working & mindset within the organization
    • Modeling behaviors to support the organization's transformation to a new way of working
    • Driving progress and promoting a culture of transparency and empowerment
    • Helping to anticipate and resolve potential blockers for the organization, facilitating escalation to leadership when needed
    • Providing input to key communications and supporting leadership uptake of Agile culture
    • Activating targeted action at leadership level to respond to feedback and enable the organization

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Total 8+ years' relevant experience, including a proven track record in a management position, working with cross-functional teams and solving complex problems for business functions with significant business impact
  • Deep understanding of cutting-edge Agile and product org set-ups with specific focus on transforming operating models and enabling organizational change
  • Proven track record of leading through influence, building long-term relationships and confidence in building vision, roadmaps, budgets, priorities and objectives
  • Strong initiative and sense of leadership, experience enabling change and influencing others
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and ways of working, understanding and applying "servant leader" mindset and with the ability to engage in Agile ceremonies to provide teams necessary direction and guidance
  • Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within in rapidly changing environment
  • Good understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects
  • Experience working in collaboration with technical and functional areas
  • Experience in driving and continuously improving Employee Value Proposition in a large organization is a plus
  • Experience in consulting or with other professional services organization is a plus

YOU'LL WORK WITH
As the Agile Acceleration Talent Manager, you will closely collaborate with senior leaders in the organization and other members of the CoE, including:
  • Your CoE Lead and other senior stakeholders, to help drive the Agile Talent Agenda and EVP and continuously improve talent and people processes
  • HR and L&D to address upskilling needs, develop targeted plans and activate their execution
  • Cross functional (HR, Finance, etc.) business partners who support and enable their individual Agile Tribes. This partnership will help enable the changes and continuous improvements needed to unlock the benefits of the Digital Product organization.
  • Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, that will ensure that you adopt agile principles, mindset and ways of working into your daily routine and who will coach you during the transformation
  • Agile Leaders, such as Tribe Leads and Product Owners to support and guide CoE resources and ensure a positive collaboration
  • Two other CoE members part of the Agile Acceleration squad
