Overview

TRC is seeking an Industrial Hygiene Senior Project Manager for our Arlington, TX office. This position will work on various public and private projects throughout the Texas region.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, and delivery of responsive, high quality building sciences and related industrial hygiene services.
  • Inspection for asbestos, Mold, Lead-based paint, and PCBs.
  • Water intrusion investigation and or water leak investigation.
  • Prepare and sign off of mold remediation specifications.
  • Perform project oversight and coordination with contractors.
  • Preparation of Industrial Hygiene sampling scopes and planning.
  • Collect air samples as required by various regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare project chain of custody.
  • Prepare project daily logs.
  • Interact between client and contractors.
  • Work with regulatory agencies.
  • Read project specifications and drawings.
  • Prepare and also review reports.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read project specifications and drawings.
  • 10-15 years of project management experience in various aspects of hazardous material abatement.
  • Industrial Hygiene sampling and reporting.
  • Experience with client engagement and business development
  • Must be a good communicator and a team player.
  • One or more of following licensed are a required: Texas Department of Health and Safety (TDSHS) Asbestos Inspector, TDSHS Asbestos Project Manager, TDSHS Asbestos Air Monitoring Technician
  • Licensed Texas Department of License and Regulation (TDLR) Mold Assessment Consultant.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to various work schedules and situations related to emergency response scenarios.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records check.

Compensation: Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
